• No Pets – No Exceptions
  • Quiet time is from 10:00pm to 8:00am daily.
  • Parking is assigned one per unit (this includes Motorbikes).
  • There are 2 visitor parking spots at the front of the complex. They are first come, first serve. If both spots are occupied, guests must park off site until a spot becomes available. Blocking access to any parking spot is prohibited at all times. Guest parking is limited to a maximum of 6 hours per day per visitor.
  • No personal items or furniture may be stored or placed outside of apartments.
  • Clothing, towels, rugs, mops etc., shall not be hung or stored outside anywhere on the premises.
  • Exterior decorations or signs are strictly prohibited.
  • Firearms and other forms of weapons are prohibited on the premises.
  • Automotive (and bike) maintenance and repair is not permitted on the property.
  • Propane cooking devices are NEVER to be used inside.
  • Barbeque grills or propane cooking devices can be used at a minimum of ten (10) feet from the apartment building.
  • Soliciting is not allowed on the premises.
  • Illegal drugs and/or illegal drug use on property will not be tolerated. Any suspicion or report of such will be reported to authorities without necessarily notifying the Tenants in advance.
  • ALL occupants residing in the apartment must apply for residency and be registered on the lease agreement.
  • Day (sunrise to sunset) visitors are welcome as long as they do not disturb health and well being of other residents.
  • Overnight guests or any guest staying after sunset must be registered with Management and are subject to approval by Management. Unescorted persons and unauthorized guests are subject to arrest for trespassing and/or loitering pursuant to state law.
