This hidden jewel is just a short walk to Nokomis public beach, Casey Key, public boat ramp, inter-coastal waterway, 2 restaurants and more! You won’t find a private home rental closer to absolutely everything that the Nokomis beach area has to offer. Walk just across the bridge to Nokomis public beach pavilion with free beach access, or across the street to the marina and rent a boat or jet ski for the day, or even spend some time at two of the local favorite watering holes with great food and entertainment. A general store, ice cream shop, surf shop and sports rental store are all within walking distance.
It's easy to relax in this comfortable home after a day of sun & fun. There's plenty of room for the whole family. The master suite has it’s own private shower and King size bed. The guest bedrooms offer a queen size bed in one and two twins in the other. The charming fully equipped kitchen is complete with a gas range, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and every cooking tool you can think of. The private completely fenced back yard offers a beautiful tropical setting complete with seating for 6, umbrella, chaise lounge and tiki torches. Play a game of corn-hole, cook on the gas grill or just unwind at your own private retreat.

Nokomis is a “less touristy” area nestled between Sarasota & Venice, which is easily accessed by either Sarasota, Tampa or Ft Myers airports. Historic Downtown Venice is a short drive South, where you can enjoy more restaurants, shopping, golfing and another gorgeous beach. A short drive North is Sarasota and Siesta Key, where you will find plenty of cultural activities such as theater, art galleries, more shopping and more beaches.
